Leila came back home in bright afternoon, and found a note on her kitchen floor, obviouslt slipped under the door. She opened the folded piece of paper and recognized Mr. Lavyril's handwriting.
"Dear Leila,
It's fair okay that you have not appeared yesterday for an afternoon of tea and muffins. I understand you might have much better things to do than killing time with a middle-aged folk like me.
Anyway, if you have some time today, you can come here any time you wish. The tea will be hot, I'm sure.
